The first issue: Two days ago I discovered that you have been charging me $9.99 every 3 months since 2021, for a "newsletter" that I have never received and do not want! To compound this issue, the "newsletter" in question concerns software that I do not use, PhotoPad. My confidence has been compromised by these two issues. However, I now have two pressing issues your company must resolve if I am to retain my confidence in NCH Software.
